California, GM unveiled the 2010 Chevy Camaro. Sales begin in early 2009.

Built on the new GM global rear-drive platform, the Camaro is offered in V6-powered LS and LT models, as well as the V8-powered SS. All models and powertrain combinations include efficient six-speed transmissions.

Cadillac today revealed the new 2009 edition of the XLR Roadster, featuring styling and model enhancements providing more dramatic design and technology. For 2009 XLR will be offered in only two versions: luxurious XLR Platinum and the high-performance XLR-V. The XLR Platinum is powered by a 4.6L Northstar V-8 engine that delivers 320 hp, while the XLR-V is powered with a 443 hp 4.4L Supercharged Northstar V-8 engine.

Ford will soon add a new version of its North American Focus coupe, which has been updated for the 2009 model year with a sporty new look, improved performance and a revised interior.

The long awaited four-door Aston Martin Rapide has been spotted, almost completely undisguised, doing laps of the Nurburgring. This latest video of the prototype includes some close-up shots of the car as it enters and exits a trackside testing facility as well as some high speed runs around the popular circuit. We also for the first time can hear the rumble of the V12 mill at full tilt as the svelte sedan barrels past the camera’s microphone.

The recently facelifted Ford Focus Coupe-Cabriolet is now offered in Europe in a limited run version called “Black Magic”.
